Private Markets

Private Markets are where securities and other assets not listed on a public exchange are traded. This can include private equity, venture capital, private debt, and more. In these markets, transactions are carried out between private parties and can be tailored to the needs of the parties involved. These markets are typically less liquid and have less regulatory oversight than public markets. Furthermore, due to the complexity and substantial capital often involved, participation in private markets is typically restricted to professional investors.
