What is the minimum fund size?

There is no minimum required. We enable funds of all sizes to run on bunch and accommodate depending on the target volume.

What services does bunch offer for launching a fund?

We facilitate the setup process and cover the administration of your fund - from banking and KYC & AML to capital calls, shareholder reconciliations, fund reporting, compliance returns over to accounting, financial statements and tax.

In what countries can I structure my fund?

Currently, you can set up or let your fund administrate by bunch in both Germany and the Netherlands.

What legal structure will be used?

The fund entity itself will be structured as a regulated GmbH & Co. KG in Germany and as a regulated C.V. in the Netherlands as per standard in the respective jurisdictions.
